The commercial component of our Lower JCT. development launched last night thanks to a creative and successful VIP preview event hosted by Greybrook’s developer partner, Castlepoint Numa. “Where creativity plays with potential and entrepreneurs triumph,” Common Ground is a 3,000 square foot activation which featured some of Toronto’s most celebrated cultural leaders for the launch of the Draft and Auto Buildings.
Guests had the opportunity to explore artwork by internationally acclaimed photographer George Whiteside, sip the unapologetically intense flavours of draft beer and fresh coffee by commercial tenants, Indie Ale House and Propeller Coffee, while enjoying music by Jay Strut and DJ Olen Only throughout the evening.
As you can see below, Castlepoint Numa live-tweeted the event, showcasing the diversity of art and culture within the Lower Junction community.
