Co-branded with the Mattamy Homes’ Downsview Park project located west of our site, Stafford Homes has retrofitted the existing Mattamy sales center to showcase our development, resulting in an overall cost savings in our sales and marketing budget.
Downsview Park Towns will also benefit from Mattamy’s initial sold out sales and marketing program launch in 2014 as well as future releases by bringing continual public awareness and media attention to this distinctive community.
