With construction ongoing on both parcels of land, Greybrook is thrilled to report that our Riverside in Pine Grove development with Rosebury Homes has reached the 95% sold mark, ahead of initial sales forecasts.
Excavation is complete on both parcels, with shoring near completion on the north parcel and fully complete on the south parcel. The perimeter wall is finished, the first floor slab formed and the lower floor walls, as well as rebar, have gone up (see images below).
Framing began in January and development will depend on progress made during freezing days. We continue to expect first occupancies to begin in late 2017.
