Revised designs of Greybrook’s Scollard development with Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group were submitted to the City earlier this spring, with an OMB-led mediation with the City scheduled for November 1st, 2017. The new proposal includes a total of 165 suites and 153 parking spaces planned for the ultra-luxury development. Renderings have been amended to demonstrate the new proposed height of the KPMB-designed tower (179 meters), and street-level façade without the proposed redesign of Frank Stollery Parkette included in the original submission.
