We are pleased to report that framing is substantially complete on both parcels of the Riverside in Pine Grove project. Roofing is complete, approximately 65% of windows are in place, 40% of the brickwork has been completed, interior drywall work has commenced, and finishing trades are set to begin as early as November on the south parcel. Approximately half of the roofing work has been finished on the north parcel, with window installation currently underway. Overall, construction on both parcels is progressing well, and we expect first occupancies to begin in Q1 2018.
