We are pleased to report that the earthworks program has been completed at our Fergus development site and servicing commenced in September. We continue to move as quickly as possible with the objective of completing all site servicing work by the end of 2017. However, this date remains aggressive, and some of this work may extend into early 2018.
Construction of the sales centre has been completed and furnished in preparation for the upcoming sales launch in 2018. Construction of the model homes has also progressed to the point of framing and internal walls being completed.
