We are pleased to share that final zoning approval for Greybrook and Stafford’s Avenue & Park development was received from Toronto City Council in November. Steps towards construction continue with submission of the demolition permit to the City on November 21st for review. Upon approval, demolition of the shuttered Beer Store currently on location will begin, in order to make way for construction of the Page + Steele / IBI Group-designed development. With more than 75% of units sold out, Avenue & Park will bring 36 luxury condominiums to this highly-sought after neighbourhood.
