We are pleased to share that the earthworks program on our Oakville II development site commenced in fall 2017, and all earthworks necessary for servicing are now complete. This includes rough grading of the site and stripping of topsoil for future uses on lot and park spaces. More earthworks will take place as part of the servicing program, specifically the digging the necessary trenches to permit pipes and hydro to be laid throughout the site. Servicing is expected to commence in spring 2018 when the site thaws enough to begin work and is expected to be completed towards the end of Q3 2018.
