The top five Toronto neighbourhoods on the rise (according to a recent BlogTO article) include Fort York and the Stockyards, where two of our developments are located. Greybrook’s Upper Junction project with developer partner Marlin Spring is located within the Stockyards District at 2306 St. Clair Avenue West. Upper Junction is expected to bring to market over 240 residential units and 5,000 square feet of commercial space in a beautiful red-brick building with extensive black-clad fenestration, evocative of the warehouse-style historic buildings within the area.
Our Garrison Point development with Fernbrook Homes, Cityzen Development Group, and Diamond Corp straddles the upper boundary of Fort York and will provide direct access to the historic site through the Garrison Crossing pedestrian bridge. A beautifully designed complex, Garrison will offer exceptional amenities and unsurpassed views of the downtown core and Lake Ontario. Construction is currently underway on Phase One, with sales of Phase Two, branded Playground Condominiums, expected to launch this spring.
