Construction continues to progress well at our Riverside in Pine Grove development despite some minor delays incurred due to the extremely cold conditions this winter. Both parcels are now fully enclosed, with framing, windows, and roofing substantially complete. On the south parcel, brickwork and interior drywall work is nearly complete with finishing trades well underway. On the north parcel, brickwork is approximately 30% complete and drywall trades are expected to mobilize this month.
As a result of the weather-related delays, we now expect first occupancies to occur in June for the south block and August for the north block. Registration is expected to begin in September with closings to follow in October.
