We are pleased to share the demolition of the existing structure at our The Way: Urban Towns in Erin Mills Millway development site with developer partners, Metropia and the Sorbara Group, has been completed. Demolition began in early April and was completed in May, and the construction program continues to progress with tree removal, site hoarding, and tree preservation work also complete. The development team expects to pull foundation permits by the end of June 2018, allowing for the commencement of the shoring and excavation program in Q3 2018.
