Our Garrison Point project with developer partners Cityzen Development Group and Fernbrook Homes is currently in the construction phase for both towers, and in the marketing and sales phase for the North tower, branded Playground Condominiums. Since our last update, construction of both towers continued to progress and our sales program for Playground Condominiums was officially launched on April 3, 2018 with a successful Greybrook Friends & Family event followed by a roll-out to brokers and the public.
Construction continues to progress well at our South Tower, with the podium having reached completion at the end of February. Building the foundational structure of each successive floor is expected at the pace of one floor each week. Currently, the 13th floor has been poured with the 14th being formed and we expect to top off the building by the end of the year.

Construction on the North tower has reached the 3rd floor, with the 4th floor currently being formed. We expect to have completed the North tower podium this summer.
