X Miami is taking residential rental living to a whole new level with their fun and unique amenities. The latest development from Greybrook’s developer partner on 300 Biscayne, 400 Biscayne and X Las Olas, Property Markets Group (PMG) is offering residents unique social amenities in their X series. Features include useful everyday necessities like a modern gym, coworking lab and mini-market, but also cool lifestyle features such as an outdoor movie wall, DJ platform, Vegas-style pool deck and even an impressive screening lounge. PMG kicked off X Miami’s social amenities through the launch of X Landing, a new public green space with food trucks, an open-air beer garden, and event space.
In addition to the stellar amenities, X Miami also offers an array of community events residents can participate in, including Yoga and Wine Social Hours, Grill Skills cooking classes, Improv Comedy Happy Hour and Mixer, even outdoor movie nights where classic films are projected onto the pool deck movie wall.
