We are excited to share that Greybrook Realty Partners and Stafford Homes broke ground today on our Avenue and Park development. The groundbreaking was attended by members of the media, Greybrook and Stafford teams, as well as Toronto city councillor for Ward 16, Christin Carmichael Greb.
Before the ceremony, Stafford Chairman and CEO Gary Goldman delivered a speech thanking key partners for their contributions to the project. Goldman discussed Stafford’s vision for the project, highlighting the benefits that Avenue and Park will bring to the surrounding community, including attracting individuals to the neighbourhood. Afterwards, councillor Greb shared a brief message of gratitude to the development team, praising them for their commitment to the area and willingness to improve the community.
We look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses on our Avenue and Park development.
