In partnership with Marlin Spring, our Oshawa project located on 250 Harmony Road South is currently in the process of demolition. As of September, demolition of the previous structure was completed and a significant portion of the land has been cleared. Further excavation and servicing is projected to begin by the end of the year. The site is expected to be developed into more than 200 urban townhomes, nestled within existing residential communities and in close proximity to future transit stations. As mentioned in our last blog, the Durham region will see significant transit expansions by 2024, with new GO stations simplifying commutes for future residents travelling into the GTA.
