News coverage of our Garrison Point and Playground Condominium development, in partnership with Fernbrook Homes, Cityzen Development Group, and Diamond Corp, recently appeared on Urban Toronto. The piece recapped the project’s progress made since the initial launch.
With Garrison Point recently topping off in early November, and Playground following closely behind, construction has continued to progress well on both towers. The two towers are currently in the process of being enclosed by a window wall system with “dark-tinted glazing and opaque spandrel panels framed in dark aluminum mullions”, while mechanical, electrical and structural work continues to advance throughout. Upon completion, the development will consist of two 32 and 27 story mixed use towers adjoined by a podium, with over 600 residential units and three levels below grade parking facility.
All units in Garrison Point have been sold out, and after a strong sales and marketing program, Playground Condominiums is nearly sold out as well. The finishing selections and upgrade sales program is substantially complete for Garrison Point purchasers, with the program for Playground Condominium buyers beginning late this year and continuing into the first half of 2019.
