We are pleased to share that construction at our X Las Olas development with Property Markets Group (PMG) continues to progress quickly and we are excited to announce that the building is on pace to be topping-off next month. Since our last update, we can see the striking facade of the building take shape. The concrete framework for the podium levels are complete and we can see the upper portion of the tower and roof nearing completion. Concurrently, work on the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and interior finishing are underway and progressing with this work expected to be completed on the podium levels over the coming months.
