Construction activity at our Downsview Park Towns project, with developer partner Stafford Homes, is in full force. Shortly after site servicing was completed at the end of last year, vertical construction commenced on the project’s urban townhome blocks. Currently in the framing stage, the urban townhomes are beginning to take shape, with construction on the freehold townhomes expected to begin this month.
