We are pleased to report that preparations are underway for the presentation centre of our Symphony Towns project, in partnership with Marlin Spring. Located on-site, at the corner of Harmony and Taylor Road, the concrete pad has been laid for the placement of the presentation centre, while the roof and sales office trailer has been mobilized on site. Progress is moving along nicely in anticipation of our sales launch this coming fall. The presentation centre will provide prospective buyers with a feel for the surrounding established community, nearby recreation and entertainment options.
Symphony Towns is located in the growing City of Oshawa, 60 kilometers east of Toronto and will comprise of over 200 townhomes with a clean and sophisticated design. The development site offers a mixture of urban amenities and ample green space, as showcased in our first rendering of the project.
