Greybrook is pleased to share a short video of the construction progress on site for our Stockyards District Residences, the video showcases how much the project site has evolved over the past few months.
Since our last site update in November, construction has advanced quickly at our development in partnership with Marlin Spring. Level two of the underground parking is complete with forming of level one footings well underway. Construction continues to push forward on site with a portion of the concrete formwork poured and officially marking the beginning of construction on the ground floor.
The 10-storey mixed-use development will bring over 240 residential units to this up and coming west-end neighborhood.
