Together with our long-standing partner, Tribute Communities, we kicked off the launch of Artistry with an exciting friends and family event last week. Held at the beautifully appointed presentation centre at 475 Yonge Street, the exclusive event welcomed Greybrook investors to gourmet bites and light refreshments while they browsed the project’s features, kitchen vignette and learnt more about Artistry’s exceptional downtown location.
Located at Dundas and McCaul in downtown Toronto, designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects and interior designer Studio Munge, the dramatic 29-storey residential condominium will feature a collection of creatively designed suites. Artistry will host a number of amenities including a fully equipped fitness facility, expansive outdoor and rooftop terraces with lounge and dining area, a business and co-working lounge along with an art studio. The buildings creative design and modern finishes draw inspiration from its lively location in the heart of downtown.
