Construction is progressing nicely at our Max Condos development in partnership with Tribute Communities. Since our last update, the building envelope has quickly begun to take shape with window installation reaching the 28th floor of the 37-storey residential tower. The building is expected to reach a major construction milestone at the end of the month as it officially tops off. Meanwhile in the interior of the building, the construction team has been focused on suite finishes, recently completing suites on the 9th floor. With spring quickly approaching, outside work including amenity landscaping is expected to commence shortly.
