40th Annual BILD Awards Finalists Announced With Greybrook Partner and Project Receiving Notable Nods

Our partner Tribute Communities, along with our Mississauga project with Sorbara Group and Metropia, have been recognized as finalists in this year’s coveted BILD awards.

We are pleased to recognize our long-standing partner, Tribute Communities, and In2ition, the sales team at The Way: Urban Towns, on their recent nominations in this year’s 40th annual BILD awards. We are grateful to work alongside these notable partners and would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to them and their hardworking teams for their respective nominations. The coveted annual BILD awards recognizes excellence and innovation in the design, construction, sales and marketing of new homes across the GTA.

A respected leader in the industry with over 35 years’ of experience, our partner Tribute Communities has developed more than 30,000 homes across the Southern Ontario region.  Over the years, Greybrook has partnered with Tribute Communities in over 10 projects, including the recently launched Artistry and Linx Condos in Toronto and the acquisition of a development site on The Queensway  . We are thrilled to see Tribute nominated for a fourth year in a row as a finalist for BILD’s Pinnacle Award Home Builder of the Year, Mid/High-rise category.

The Way Sales Team

A much-deserved shoutout goes to the sales team at our project The Way: Urban Towns in Erin Mills. The In2ition Realty team was selected as a finalist in the Best Salesperson or Team, Low-Rise category in this year’s BILD Awards. The team’s nomination is a testament to their hard work and dedication, The success of our sales program, first at The Way: Millway site and now at The Way: Collegeway would not have been possible without them.
