Our Downsview Park Towns development with partner Stafford Homes continues to make progress with all townhome blocks currently under various stages of construction. Site activity on the 21 freehold townhome blocks include structural framing, roofing and window installation and the start of interior fit-outs. On the most leading blocks, drywall installation has already been completed and interior painting is underway. Meanwhile the project’s urban townhomes blocks are progressing well having also moved to the interior fit-out process.
The homes at Downsview Park Towns feature dramatic facades, balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows designed with elegance from the outside in. The spacious modern homes will contain luxury finishes and create a contemporary living community in this fast-growing pocket of the city.
