Since our last update the South Tower of our Garrison Point mixed-use project with partners Cityzen Development Group and Fernbrook Homes, officially registered with the City in February 2021 and subsequently commenced final closings in March. As of last month, 98% of the units in the South Tower had closed. Progress was also made in the project’s North Tower as it reached the 83% occupancy mark in mid-April, and is expected to be fully occupied by end of this month. The construction team is currently advancing all pre-delivery inspections with roadwork and landscaping ongoing and expected to be complete by end of the summer.
