We’re pleased to share that occupancy is now underway at House of Assembly in Toronto’s west end. Developed in partnership with Marlin Spring, HOA is the first of three residential buildings to be delivered as part of the larger Sterling Junction master plan. The project represents a shared vision for thoughtfully designed urban communities that create long-term value.
This milestone marks an exciting transition: from active construction to active community. Over 250 homeowners are now beginning to move into their homes, bringing new life and energy to a neighbourhood that’s fast becoming one of Toronto’s most connected and dynamic.
Located just steps from the Dundas West–Bloor Mobility Hub, this contemporary residence offers residents seamless access to some of Toronto’s most vital transit infrastructure — including the TTC subway, GO Transit, UP Express, and streetcar lines, all within easy walking distance. With a perfect Transit Score of 100, House of Assembly exemplifies the kind of integrated, transit-oriented development that will shape the future of sustainable and livable urban growth.
Beyond its exceptional connectivity, Sterling Junction is also home to the West Toronto Rail Path, newly established park space, and a mix of residential, commercial, and community amenities. The neighbourhood continues to evolve with future-forward additions like Hines’ mass timber office buildings, designed to bring new daytime activity and employment opportunities to the area.
Congratulations to the Marlin Spring team, our construction partners, consultants, and everyone who played a role in bringing House of Assembly to life. We also warmly welcome the new residents who are now part of this vibrant and growing community.
As Sterling Junction continues to take shape, we look forward to the next chapter in its evolution.
