Occupancy Begins at House of Assembly: A New Chapter for Sterling Junction

We’re pleased to share that occupancy is now underway at House of Assembly in Toronto’s west end. Developed in partnership with Marlin Spring, HOA is the first of three residential buildings to be delivered as part of the larger Sterling Junction master plan. The project represents a shared vision for thoughtfully designed urban communities that create long-term value.

This milestone marks an exciting transition: from active construction to active community. Over 250 homeowners are now beginning to move into their homes, bringing new life and energy to a neighbourhood that’s fast becoming one of Toronto’s most connected and dynamic.

Located just steps from the Dundas West–Bloor Mobility Hub, this contemporary residence offers residents seamless access to some of Toronto’s most vital transit infrastructure — including the TTC subway, GO Transit, UP Express, and streetcar lines, all within easy walking distance.
