Since our last update, we are pleased to report that over 95% of the homes that comprise Phase 1 and 2 have been sold, driving the decision to launch Phase 3 sales in November 2021, adding an additional 104 units to the project.
Construction of Phase 1 is expected to be completed by the end of 2021 with vertical construction of Phase 2 expected to commence by January 2022. Servicing of the remaining portion of the Phase 2 lands is currently underway and expected to be complete by August 2022, with initial Phase 2 home closings set to commence in Q4 2022, and final home closings taking place shortly thereafter in Q1 2024.
