Located at the southeast corner of Church Street and Lombard Street in Downtown Toronto, the development site is situated within a dynamic and lively neighbourhood east of the Old Toronto district. Close to downtown amenities including the Yonge and Dundas Square, the Eaton Centre and St. Lawrence Market.
The development team successfully execute the municipal zoning approvals process and the approved property was sold to Minto to complete the sale and construction of the condominium development.
The sale transaction successfully closed in 2019 and Greybrook and investment partners successfully exited the investment.
