Located at 25 and 27 Hobson Street, North York, the 52-unit development site spans 2.9 acres and is conveniently situated in the heart of Victoria Village, comprising 42 freehold townhomes and 10 semi-detached homes. Nestled within a well-established neighbourhood, the site benefits from proximity to a variety of amenities, including schools, shopping centres, community services, and recreational spaces. Victoria Village is known for its cultural diversity, access to natural green spaces, and scenic views along the Don River ravine system.
