Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partner Stafford Homes and oversaw the development of Keystone Mews project, a 52-unit low-rise housing community.
Located in Toronto’s east end at 25 and 27 Hobson Street, the 2.9 acre in-fill development site in the heart of Victoria Village was constructed into a new community comprised of 42 freehold townhomes and 10 semi-detached homes.
The development was successfully completed in March 2013.
The construction continues on schedule – majority of framing, roofing and window installation work has been completed, with the interior finishing work now on-going.
Project continues to run on schedule – framing comes close to completion as window installation, roofing and brick laying appear to be the predominant activities on the site.
