Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partners Cityzen Development Group, Tercot Communities, with plans to oversee the development of the Stouffville project, a 52-unit low-rise development community.
Located at Main Street and Tenth Line in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, the 2.5 acre site was successfully taken through a municipal zoning approvals process with plans to construct 52 townhomes. Management made the investment decision to sell the approved property prior to the build program. The property was sold to Stateview Homes with plans to complete the sale and construction of the townhomes in the development.
The transaction successfully closed in 2020, and Greybrook and its investors successfully exited the investment.
