Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partner Tribute Communities and oversaw the development of The College at Spadina, a mid-rise 15-storey condominium.
Located at the south-west corner of College and Spadina, the 226-unit mid-rise condominium is within walking distance of some of Toronto’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, including Kensington Market, Chinatown, Little Italy, and the University of Toronto. The building has an architecturally distinct design, and offers residents the convenience of several downtown amenities including an Independent City Grocers store located at the base of the building.
The development was successfully completed, and the condominium was registered in 2016.
