Despite a strong winter, construction of The College Condominium at Spadina has continued on schedule throughout March, April and May. The construction of the underground parking garage is now complete, and the above-grade construction has started, with the residential lobby level and the structure of the first floor retail space built, and progress on the second floor well underway.
