Greybrook provided equity capital alongside developer partners Castlepoint and Cityzen Development Group, with plans to oversee the development of the Waterfront project, a 2000-unit high-rise condominium.

Located at 215 Lake Shore Boulevard East along Toronto’s rapidly evolving waterfront east of Yonge Street, our development team successfully navigated the municipal zoning approval process with plans to construct a one-of-a-kind iconic structure that would have brought to market over 2,000 residential units with unobstructed lakefront views and panoramic views of the city skyline just minutes away from Toronto’s downtown core. Prior to the commencement of the sales and marketing program, the property was sold to Greenland Group (Canada) with plans to develop the site.

The sale transaction successfully closed in 2016 and Greybrook and its investors exited the investment.
