Greybrook invested equity capital alongside Castlepoint and Cityzen Development Group and successfully exited the development of our Waterfront project.

Located at 215 Lake Shore Boulevard East, Toronto was the site of a planned development project led by our team. We successfully navigated the municipal zoning approval process with plans to construct a one-of-a-kind iconic structure with unobstructed lakefront views and panoramic views of the city skyline just minutes away from Toronto’s downtown core. Prior to the commencement of the sales and marketing program, the property was sold on October 13th, 2016 to Greenland Group (Canada) with plans to develop the site.
