Greybrook provided equity capital and ongoing asset management to purchase an interest in a property located at 215 Lakeshore Boulevard in Toronto and fund the development of a mixed-use condominium project on the acquired parcel. Greybrook and developer partners, Castlepoint and Cityzen, have since divested 100% of their interest in the development.
The development plan for the site called for the construction of a one-of-a-kind iconic structure that would bring to market over 2,000 residential units with unobstructed lakefront views and panoramic views of the city skyline just minutes away from Toronto’s downtown core.
