Since our last update, we are pleased to report that vertical construction has progressed expediently with foundations having been poured for 18 out of 20 blocks and framing started on 8 of the 20 blocks.
We continue to project that all units will be completed by the end of 2022. Targeting Q4 2022 for completion and final closings, we expect initial occupancies will commence in mid-2022.
