His expertise includes project management, scheduling, cost estimation, and risk management.
In his role, Marco collaborates closely with key project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, responsible for managing and consulting on all construction-related matters. This includes overseeing the structural and finishing details for common areas as well as in-suite personalization options on behalf of Greybrook.
Working collaboratively with project team members, Marco plays a critical role in overseeing the construction process, from project planning to completion, ensuring the highest quality product is delivered within specified timelines.
