Peter is Senior Legal Counsel for Greybrook Realty Partners. He assists with legal matters relating to securities offerings, investments, asset management, corporate structuring and finance, compliance and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Greybrook, Peter was an associate in the Business Law Group at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP in Toronto. During his time there, Peter practised securities and corporate law.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from Queen’s University and a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Law School.
