Thiraveen is a Senior Associate in Greybrook’s Asset Management group with over six years of experience in real estate development, finance, and acquisitions. He oversees and manages active development projects within Greybrook’s real estate portfolio. He works directly with all project stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate investments. Thiraveen is also responsible for underwriting new investment opportunities and supports his team in conducting pre-transaction due diligence, including market research and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Greybrook, Thiraveen was a Senior Finance Associate at Empire Communities, a Toronto-based real estate developer. During his time at Empire Communities, Thiraveen oversaw and supported a portfolio of active residential projects throughout the various stages of the developmental life cycle, including acquisitions, project financing, investor reporting and sales launch preparations. Thiraveen was also responsible for managing Empire Communities’ corporate financing and valuations.
Thiraveen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management (Accounting) from Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University.
