The development progressed swiftly following land acquisition, building design, and the receipt of municipal approvals. Work onsite has been focused on completing the drill shafts and piles to anchor the building to the bedrock below. We received our vertical permit at the end of July which will allow for the building to begin rising above grade. Foundation work is progressing over the next month at which point we will be transitioning into vertical construction.
The project will include over 450 residential units and will accommodate co-living space, ground floor retail, leasable office space, and parking. The development will include a floor dedicated to indoor amenity space including a fitness studio, gym, theatre, full-service restaurant, and over 34,000 sq. ft. of outdoor amenity space with an expansive pool deck offering sweeping views of the surrounding area.
The new development is superbly located in one of Atlanta’s most bustling neighbourhoods, with the growth of Midtown outpacing that of Atlanta and all surrounding markets since the start of the millennium.
