Over the past year, we invested in our 100th real estate project and surpassed $2 billion of equity capital deployed. Having achieved these major milestones, our portfolio is now valued at over CAD$30 billion of total realized and projected real estate asset value and encompasses more than 40,000 housing units completed or under development in Southern Ontario and the United States.
We were also delighted to welcome many new investors to Greybrook, with over 900 first-time investors who chose to diversify their investment portfolios by investing in our latest projects. To support this growth and to ensure the continued active management of our projects and an exceptional investor experience, we continued to invest in our team of committed and skilled professionals. Today, we are proud to be working alongside over 90 talented employees with expertise in private equity real estate, development, and value-add investing.
With a growing investor base and portfolio, and many opportunities on the horizon, we look forward to achieving and celebrating many more exciting milestones in the years ahead.
