On November 17th the Development Team celebrated the official launch with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that also marked the launch of the hotel component at The Elser alongside our partner, PMG, and industry leading hospitality management company, Highgate. The hotel welcomed its first guest just in time for Miami’s annual Art Basel in December, an international art fair that sees more than 60,000 people descend onto The Magic City.
The largely completed tower offers fully furnished move-in ready residences, over 19,000 square feet of curated amenities, and 5,000 square feet of prime retail space. Designed by internationally renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Cotofana Designs, the stunning tower offers residents and hotel guests modern and sophistically designed furnishings, finishes, and décor, paired perfectly with floor-to-ceiling views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.
