Artistry Condos Ascends in Toronto’s Grange Park As Vertical Construction Advances

Since its groundbreaking in 2021, our Artistry Condos high-rise with developer partner Tribute Communities has been steadily rising in Toronto’s Grange Park skyline, recently reaching the 16th floor in vertical construction.

As construction continues to advance, the mechanical and electrical trades are in full swing and progressing with sleeving slab work and walls, in line with the forming schedule. The building’s exterior façade continues to take shape, as windows have been installed up to the 7th floor, and the dark brick-faced pre-cast cladding has been applied on the exterior of all podium floors. The development team has also commenced the design development of the 2,800 square feet of dedicated parkland on site that will be located on the west side. The 32-storey condominium situated in the creative heart of the city, overlooking the Art Gallery of Ontario at Dundas and McCaul, features a distinct ripple silhouette that will add a new and inspiring dimension to the built environment, infusing it with artistic sophistication. Designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects, renowned for their design excellence inspired by modern innovation, the building’s eye-catching exterior is a tribute to the neighbourhood’s dynamic and vibrant cultural scene.

Following the approval of three additional floors earlier this year, the high-rise development will add 384 contemporary units to the sought-after Grange Park community in Toronto. Future residents will enjoy a convenient urban lifestyle surrounded by Toronto’s most diverse cultural, dining, and shopping options – many of which are within walking distance. Kensington Market and Chinatown are just a short 15-minute walk away, and notable landmarks such as the Toronto Eaton Centre, Nathan Phillips Square, Royal Alexandra Theatre, and Roy Thompson Hall are also within proximity.

The well-connected site is surrounded by countless transportation options, including TTC and streetcar routes in the area. Additionally, convenient access to major highways like the Gardiner Expressway and the Don Valley Parkway makes navigating the city and beyond seamless.

Once complete, Artistry Condos will feature over 2,000 square feet of ground-level commercial and retail space, and approximately 9,100 square feet of daycare space on the second floor. As construction continues to take shape, we look forward to reaching the building’s top-off milestone, expected this summer.

Check back for further updates on the progress of this development and others.
