Avenue & Park – Building Structure Complete With Glass Enclosures Underway

With the building structure completed since our last update, the project is in the processes of exterior cladding and windows installation as we prepare to welcome first occupants in late 2021.

Greybrook and Stafford Homes’ Avenue & Park development nears construction completion, with the concrete structure now complete and the window installation and exterior cladding process underway. As the building is enclosed, the interior finishing work will commence in the units and common areas in anticipation of welcoming the first residents to their new homes in late 2021.

Avenue and Park is a 7-storey project comprised of 35 meticulously designed units, with spacious floorplan layouts and state-of-the-art features. The mid-rise development is designed to facilitate a friendly neighbourhood ambiance while being a welcome addition to the community.
