Brooklin ll in the Town of Whitby Unveils Brand Name – Brooklin Vue

Our Brooklin II low-rise development, with developer partner Treasure Hill Homes, has been branded  Brooklin Vue.

Brooklin Vue is a twist on existing naming conventions meant to represent a new outlook for life in the city for the future residents of Brooklin Vue. Located at Columbus Road East and Baldwin Street North in Brooklin, our development will feature a collection of over 470 stylish townhomes and single-detached residences designed to suit every lifestyle, exquisitely blending modern living with small-town historic charm.  

The site is just minutes away from Downtown Brooklin, a designated Heritage Conservation District which boasts an array of historic buildings, quaint dining establishments, unique boutiques, and wellness retreats.  Future residents will enjoy convenient access to an abundance of lifestyle amenities within a 10-minute drive from the site, including the Brooklin Community Centre, Brooklin Towne Centre, and retail hub Taunton Gardens, which spans nine acres of over 35 stores and services.  Brooklin’s picturesque surroundings also provide ample opportunity for leisurely pursuits, replete with lush green spaces such as the centrally located Grass Park, which offers a scenic backdrop for year-round festivals and activities, and notable outdoor recreational areas like the Brooklin Lions Trail, the Heber Down Conservation Area, and Brooklin Memorial Park.
