Following the completion of preliminary site work, home construction has commenced at Eversley Estates, our low-rise King City community developed in partnership with Treasure Hill. After completing the project’s internal servicing program, home construction began across a portion of the lots on site, marking a key milestone in the development process. A handful of homes have erected structural frameworks, along with a first-wave which have been framed and roofed, and the more progressed units showcasing beautiful brick exteriors.
