Construction Progress Continues at 181 East

181 East, our exclusive mid-rise condominium project alongside developer partner, Stafford Homes has made notable progress since our last update. From a sales perspective, we are pleased to announce that the project has sold 173 out of 185 total units, representing 94% of the project.

Throughout the winter months, the project continued to move through the excavation and underground construction programs despite rough weather conditions. The construction schedule remains on track, and we continue to anticipate that occupancy will start in late 2024.
