In spirit of this year’s #BreaktheBias theme, we invited the Greybrook team to take part in a virtual event on ‘Diversity at Work in Canada: Breaking the Bias.’ The insightful conversation organized by Canadian Club Toronto and sponsored by McKinsey and the Canadian Bankers Association, focused on the elimination of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination, and instead creating a world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. The panel featured Sandrine Devillard, Senior Partner, McKinsey, Rania Llewellyn, President & CEO, Laurentian Bank and Dr. Homer Tien, President and CEO, Ornge, and moderated by Cheesan Chew (COO, RBC Ventures).
