Avenue and Park
Accompanied by developer partner, Stafford Homes, our team had an opportunity to see first-hand the spectacular views and luxury amenities that residents of this boutique 35-unit residence will be able to enjoy.
181 East
Our tour made a stop at the corner of Sheppard Ave E. and Willowdale Avenue, where our 181 East project is in its beginning stages of construction with excavation underway.
Downsview
We toured our Downsview Park Towns development, the completed site of over 205 freehold and urban townhomes sold out earlier this year. Located within the rapidly developing neighbourhood of Stanley Greene, the new community is adjacent to one of Toronto’s largest urban green spaces, Downsview Park.
Stockyards District Residences
Preparing for first occupancies, the construction team was hard at work ensuring the finishing touches for each suite in the new mid-rise were perfect, while the building’s amenities were also being completed. Our Stockyards District Residences project will bring over 240 residential units to the emerging Toronto neighborhood.
Sterling Junction – House of Assembly
The tour also stopped at our House of Assembly sales centre, the first of three condominium buildings in our Sterling Junction master-planned community that is coming to the Junction Triangle neighbourhood. After breaking ground in November 2021, construction has been steadily progressing at the House of Assembly site. In addition to the residential component, the community started construction on T3 Sterling Road, a three-building, over 415,000 square feet urban campus developed by Hines. Anchored by The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in the historic Tower Automotive Building, the evolving area includes bountiful green space and numerous arts and culture amenities.
The tour was a great chance for the team to see the exciting progress across a variety of sites and witness our developments on the rise. With an extensive portfolio of active developments across Southern Ontario and the US, we look forward to visiting even more projects on the next tour.
