Christopher closely advises Greybrook’s management team concerning a broad range of legal matters, including securities offerings, investment and asset management, corporate structuring and finance, compliance, and corporate governance.
Christopher has structured many of our firm’s and industry’s most complex deals from a tri-party luxury high-rise condominium development in Yorkville, expected to be Toronto’s most luxurious address, to him successfully completing Greybrook’s first private value-add REIT investment offering, which also involved a US$68M cross-border acquisition of a 566-unit Houston multi-family rental portfolio. His unwavering professionalism and ethical standards during his career have gained him the confidence and respect of Canada’s most prominent developers and their advisors.

With a strong commitment and dedication to shaping the future of the legal profession, Christopher is an active member of OSC’s Registrant Advisory Committee, Private Capital Markets Association of Canada’s Executive Advisory Committee and Chair of the ACC Ontario Chapter’s Securities Law Committee.
Focused on giving back to his community, Christopher is a member of the Toronto-based BLU GENES Foundation, a charity established to find a cure for a rare and fatal genetic disorder called Tay-Sachs disease. Aiding the next generation of lawyers, he also volunteers at Osgoode Hall and the Schulich MBA program, where he has helped students develop their practical negotiation skills.
